She’s a Russian beauty born in 1986 as Irina Shaykhlislamova, and she’s an absolute stunner. Irina has appeared in the 2007 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue as one of the ‘07 Rookies, and that’s probably what’s she’s most famous for at this point…
